Evolution or revolution of signaling systems – shall we proceed already started? Such a significant problem was discussed on 4th – 5th of November among the participants of the annual scientific and practical congress, held by SIGNAL+DRAHT mag. This year was tenth anniversary of such congress. By tradition, it took place in Fulda, Germany. General Director of R&P Centre “Promelectronica” Igor Tilk visited this event.

The first international conference “Train traffic safety assurance technologies for the non-public tracks” took place in Ekaterinburg on 16th-17th of June, 2010. Initiators of such a scaling and respectable event for the heads and specialists of the industrial railway transport companies were research and production centre “Promelectronica”, nonprofit partnership of “Industrial railway transport enterprises” (NP “PPZT”) and nonprofit company “Soyuzgruzpromtrans”.

Annual Quality Management System (QMS) supervising audit took place in Research and Production Centre “Promelectronica” during the period of 18th – 20th of May and completed successfully. Such audit is obligatory for the companies, which apply QMS. During this activity compliance of QMS to the ISO 9001 requirements as well as its operating status and effectiveness is checked.

R&P Centre celebrated its 18th birthday in the 18th of April. We would like to congratulate all our staff, customers and partners with such event. Thank awfully for the faithfulness, continuous aspiration of the perfection and the best result orientation!

In the period of March 16-17, 2010 inspection of the axle counting system (ESSO) has been carried out by the specialists of the Government body “Certification body of the federal railway transport” (RS FZT) – experts of the “Certification system of the federal railway transport of the Russian Federation” (SS FZT). As a result of the executed inspection, it was proved that axle counting system ESSO keeps on compliance with the requirements, approved under the certification (certificate of compliance № ССФЖТ RU.ЦШ08.Б.05859 valid till 18.12.2011).

New equipment appeared in the testing laboratory of the R&P Centre “Promelectronica” in June, 2009.

In the period of May 25-27 quality management system audit has taken place in research and production centre “Promelectronica”, which has been applied since the year 2006. The specialists from TÜV CERT checked compliance of the quality management system with EN ISO 9001:2008 standard.
