New equipment appeared in the testing laboratory of the R&P Centre “Promelectronica” in June, 2009.
Stand for the lightning discharge (up to 30kA) imitation is installed in the laboratory for the purpose of lightning-protection unit test performance. It is also used for the study of traction current effect on the ESSO system operation.
It should be noted that besides the given modern equipment there are units for the testing of electronic equipment on compliance to EMC standard requirements, for the study of climatic factors (temperature and humidity) effect on the electronic equipment and some other tests.
Currently, the R&P Centre laboratory is capable to perform testing of the items (inclusive electronic components) on compliance to technical documentation requirements and to perform development process expertise.
