We thank senior managers and specialists of R&D Company “Promelectronica” for long-term meaningful cooperation. We are looking forward to further cooperation in construction of new and upgrading of existing signalling equipment to fortify its reliability and improve maintenance procedure.

Latvian Railway shas started collaboration with R&P Centre “Promelectronica” since the year 2009 with implementation of microprocessor semi-automatic block system MPB with the use of axle counting system ESSO on the railway haul Kemeri-Tukums. In 2011 one more line on the border with Lithuanian Railways was equipped. Also, in the end of 2012 one level-crossing was equipped with microprocessor control equipment on the basis of axle counting equipment (MAPS). During implementation of devices, specific aspects of projects have been discussed and taken into account. It is necessary to note professionalism of specialists, implementing this equipment.

We looked at these qualities when we selected Promelectronica as our supplier:
- They provide safe and reliable systems, which is confirmed by SIL4 CENELEC certificates;
- Promelectronica produces high-quality products, which is also confirmed by the organization management certificates;
Moreover, the cost of MPC-I and ESSO-M systems is considerably lower than of the competitors.

Privolzhsk Railway Infrastructure Department thanks Promelecronica for reliable cooperation and partnership on the Russian Railways project implemented in 2015. The project was aimed to prevent people injury in train movement area. Promelectronica equipped seven pedestrian crossings on one- to five-track lines with ESSO-M Axle Counting System at Privolzhsk Railway.

Heads and specialists of maintenance and operating departments of Borodinsky PTU provide only positive feedback on operation of systems developed and produced by Promelectronica. The highest praise is given to the Service Department of Promelectronica that provides round-the-clock support to the personnel in need.

Systems based on axle counting method are widely used: computer-based block system (MPB), level-crossing protection system (MAPS), axle counting system (ESSO). Implementation of these systems allowed to solve problems, related to low sensitivity on low-density tracks and provide necessary train traffic safety. Theuse of MPB gave possibility to refuse from a wire communication channel and use FO lines. Also, reservation of communication channel is realized in MPB. The most important is that systems showed high reliability, also due to the integrated lightning protection and adaptability to various climatic conditions.

During operation no failures have been dected. Highly qualified specialists of Promelectronica service center immediatly responds to our needs during warranty period which is 3 years.

ESSO-M Axle Counting System improved traffic safety and capacity of equipped track sections. It should be noted that during operation of the system have not been detected critical failures.

Over operation period, these systems have proven themselves as reliable and modern train traffic control systems, capable of reducing signaling maintenance costs.

We express a deep gratitude for qualified works and put into service MPB equipment at Baranovsky - Provalovo line and MPC-I Interlocking at Pozharsky and Barsovy stations.

Promelectronica is a reliable partner of JSC “GMK Norilsk Nickel”. For more than 6 years of collaboration several projects have been realized and some of projects are under design, that allowed to increase train traffic safety, make work of specialists of Norilsk Railway more qualified. References about equipment operation from the operational and service staff are only positive. Equipment is functioning stable in conditions of the Polar circle in the temperature range from +30 to -50°C. That excludes necessity of interfacing of different systems, and the most important is that design, implementation and further support will be made by one company, which is developer and manufacturer of these systems, that excludes participation of other external organizations. No problems occurred during the section shutdown and no prolongation of the shutdown window was required. No errors were found during testing of equipment after adjustment works have been performed.

Implementation of MPC-I Computer-Based Interlocking System encreases safety of shunting works at railway infrastructure at PAO "Akron". Besides economical efficiency, MPC-I system ensures comfortable working conditions for operating staff. MPC-I Interlocking is a reliable and customized system.

Application of the computer-based systems has increased reliability of equipment, traffic capacity and labour efficiency. It should be noted that the system can operate in various climatic conditions.

All works were performed in time and with the high quality. MPC-I Interlocking operates 56 points, 113 counting posts of ESSO-M-2 System controls 68 track sections at Cherepovets-2 station. The ESSO-M-2 Terminal demonstrates visual control of track sections. The MPC-I Station Master Terminal has functions of potentially hazardous cases warning. During the warranty period there was replaced the only one UKC PCB. No failures has been recorded.
