The 6th international science-and-practical conference “Railway transport signalling and telecommunication” and associated exhibition of achievements “TransZhAT-2012” took place in Rostov-on-Don from 3rd to 5th of October 2012. R&P Centre “Promelectronica” traditionally participated in all TransZhAT activities and became sponsor of such outstanding event.
R&P Centre “Promelectronica” together with Alstom Transport had a considerable partner exhibition stand. In a part of our company following products were introduced: microprocessor semi-automatic block system MPB, level-crossing protection system MAPS, new wheel sensor of an axle counting system ESSO, training complex of microprocessor interlocking MPC-I and demonstration unit of intermittent train traffic control system SINTERA. Complex solution for train traffic control ATLAS was introduced by Alstom Transport.
Information about developments of R&P Centre “Promelectronica” was also presented in reports during the conference. Vadim Lyanoy, Deputy Director General of R&P Centre “Promelectronica”, made a presentation and report on “Trends of development of railway signalling and telecommunication systems in view of IRIS standard implementation” on plenary session of “TransZhAT-2012”. Gerald Kowalski, Director for Signalling Projects Russia & CIS Region of Alstom Transport, presented solutions of Alstom-Promelectronica for low-density lines.
There were new organizational innovations on “TransZhAT-2012”. For the first time, participants of such event had possibility to make reports and present developments and solutions directly from their stands. Sergey Aristov, Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation, and Vladimir Suprun, Head of Central Infrastructure Directorate of JSC “RZD” business unit, officially visited exhibition and conference.
Furthermore, there was a contest of exhibition stands for the first time. R&P Centre “Promelectronica” took 2nd honor place.
We would like to note, that every visitor of our stand could get unordinary picture in a company print holder on the background of image with a bridge as a present for memories. Sure, it is luck to make a wish under the bridge when the train is running on it!
