More and more stations are being supplied with ESSO-M and ESSO-M-2 axle counting systems. We’ve added interactive troubleshooting guide, which can be accessed by pressing the “Help” button on the Visual panel to improve operational preparedness of the system and provide better work environment for the personnel. The “Help” button glows red in case of a system or equipment failure to indicate that the system requires operator’s intervention.
The “Help” tab contains the information about the faulty module, what actions have to be taken in order to restore the system, as well as how to prevent such failures in the future.
This feature is already included into new deliveries, as well as being added to already operating facilities during service efforts.
