August brings more good news with the first implementation of eDKT wheel sensor in Russia. Specialists of R&D Company Promelectronica have installed the wheel sensors on railway tracks of OOO Kronoshpan Bashkortostan wood processing factory. Here eDKT serves as a part of track scales, assisting in automatic control of train car weighing. eDKT replaced equipment of foreign manufacturers which is no longer supported.
OOO Kronoshpan Bashkortostan is one of the factories belonging to the Austrian holding group founded in 1897. The factory was built as a part of the regional investment program and it produces a wide range of wood products (wooden boards, laminated wood boards, medium density fiber boards, etc). In 2020 Kronoshpan Bashkortostan company was recognized as the top exporter of the year in the Bashkortostan Republic.
