R&D Company “Promelectronica” is undergone restructuring which will optimize business management and create a flexible and efficient system expanding area of business. Several Promelectronica’s departments have been included into a newly established Managing Company “Promelectronica-Invest”.
There are also some changes in the administration. Since August 1, 2018 the position of R&D Company “Promelectronica” CEO is held by Mr. Alexey Nagovitsyn. Mr. German Tilk, who earlier took this position, is now CEO of Promelectronica-Invest, which is the parent company for Promelectronica and other companies in the group being created.
